All orders will be shipped and delivered in approximately 5 working days. Please allow more for regional and remote areas. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when you parcel leaves our warehouse.
We ship using Australia Post's eParcel service. This service offers tracking and signature on delivery. We also offer an Express Post service (where possible). Allied Auto Online & Tools is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to purchase.
Pick up is also available from our Cairns store. We are located at 149 Aumuller Street, Cairns, Queensland.
The only country other than Australia we ship to is New Zealand.
Goods in stock will usually be dispatched within 2 business days. If not in stock, goods will usually take an extra 5-7 days to ship.
Standard – Allow 7-14 days delivery

You have ordered one of our amazing products but it just wasn't love at first sight. Not to worry for a small shipping fee your unwanted product can be returned home to us so we can find it the home it deserves!
Bit of a whizz kid? You can handle the return yourself. Please use our Returns link https://returns.auspost.com.au/allied-auto-online within 30 days of receiving your product.
Not for you? All good, we still have good ole fashioned service as well. Please contact one of our friendly Pit Crew on 1300 025 043 or email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product and they’ll drive you through the process.
